Kim and Kanye sex Tape drama

A law firm representing Kanye West has issued a takedown notice regarding his sex tape. A lawyer for the Chicago emcee has released a statement to AllHipHop regarding the matter, stating that the tape was stolen.
“Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer,” wrote Kanye’s lawyer Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman.
“Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity,” added the notice.
“We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West,” demands the notice.

According to TMZ,  bothh tapes are impressively long — the first is roughly twenty minutes … and the second is more than FORTY. And we’re talking constant action. Seriously, the guy takes no breaks. It’s incredible. lol
Both tapes were shot several years ago with ex-girlfriends.
Kanye’s reps are still trying to figure out how the tapes were stolen from his computer. They plan to take legal action if either of them are sold and hit the open market.
Vivid Entertainment boss Steve Hirsch, the man responsible for releasing adult tapes featuring Kim Kardashian, Ray J, Montana Fishburne and ex Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon, has previously said he would pay as much as $2 million for Kanye’s tape, but that was before news broke that there are actually 2 X-Rated flicks floating around of the G.O.O.D. Music rapper.
It depends on the quality of the tape, the length, the lighting, the sex,” Hirsch said. “But something like this could go for a couple of million dollars. I don’t think there has ever been a sex tape with a star of this magnitude. Tommy Lee was big, but this is a different world and Kanye is a special guy. He’s everywhere.”
Canadian based porn site Sex.com has upped their offer from $1 million to $5 million upon learning of the second tape according to XXL.
Read their statement below.
“By purchasing both tapes, Sex.com will bolster a Celebrity section like no other free, adult entertainment website. Upon purchase, Sex.com will exclusively host both videos for free in the Celebrity section and then begin packaging the sex-tapes together for a DVD release. Sex.com sees Mr. West as much more than a rapper. He is a cultural icon, responsible for setting trends in music and fashion. Sex.com feels that these sex-tapes are not only an exclusive look into the star’s intimate life but could also contain the same Midas touch Mr. West brings to all his projects.”
